Street urban clothing is fully committed to providing you with only the best products (if we wouldn't sell it to a friend or family member, we won't sell it to you!). From time-to-time, there may be a need for an exchange or return. When you shop with us you don't need to worry about all of the rules and restrictions that are so common with internet companies;we keep it simple:
Within 30 days of receiving your order you may return or exchange a product if it is in its original condition and packaging. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price less any shipping costs involved.If an item has free shipping our original shipping costs will be subtracted from the return.There are no restocking fees.
The only items on our website that are not subject to the guidelines above are products that have been custom built for a customer, products that have had a logo or engraving applied to it , specially ordered products that will not have been in stock at time of purchase and specially requested orders such as autographed mechandise. Since they have been built to specific customer needs we can not accept returns unless a return agreement has been formed at the time the original order was placed.
To initiate any return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is important to contact us prior to returning an item so we can provide you with the correct return shipping address. To help us process the return quickly please provide us with the tracking number for the return shipment so we will know when to expect it.
Despite how well we package our products there is always a chance of damage if an order is mishandled by the shipping company. If damage to the shipping material is obvious when you receive your package, please inspect items immediately and if there is damage to the product please reject the shipment. If you discover the damage after the delivery is made please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order. It is very important that you notify us immediately of any damages so we can properly advise you. In many cases we will request photos of the damage so we can determine whether the damaged item should be brought back to our location. Once we receive notice of the damage we will arrange a replacement to be shipped as quickly as possible.
